This New Jersey–based steakhouse opens its first New York branch, a 75-seat restaurant in the East Village. The Korean-born owner reps his heritage by adding kimchi and spicy sautéed scallions to an otherwise straightforward menu of dry and wet-aged beef and simple sides.
