From the team behind kosher eateries Solo and the Prime Grill comes another Shabbat-friendly spot, a 200-seat restaurant situated on the rooftop of the Bentley Hotel offering wide-angle city views. Look out for seafood offerings like a grilled Tasmanian sea trout served with lemon and capers, as well as a sushi and crudo bar. Prepaid dinners are available Friday night, as is a special elevator that automatically stops at the correct floor, no button-pressing required.
