When you’re eating Poké Green’s fresh fish, you might think for just a moment you’re on vacation in Hawaii. You can order two ways: By choosing one of the restaurant’s signature options or creating your own bowl. The uninitiated might want to start with the house poké, fresh ahi tuna served with sweet onion, edamame, cucumber and furikake seasoning ($12.95); or try the shoyuzu albacore, seared albacore with mango, avocado, sweet onion, jalapeno and masago ($11.95). Those who don’t like raw fish can even try the chicken poké: lightly seasoned chicken breast with edamame, cilantro, sweet onion and garlic crisps ($11.95). If you decide to build your own, you’ll choose a base of white rice, brown rice or black rice, two or three proteins and all the mix-ins, sauces and seasonings you like ($11.95 for a small, $13.95 for a large).
