Roman-style pizza is the focus of this simple, 45-seat restaurant, where the dough rises for 96 hours to achieve a crunchy, airy crust. Diners can choose their own toppings or order from the menu of traditional square pies, including pizza con patate (mozzarella and potatoes) and quattro formaggi (blue cheese, mozzarella, fontina, Parmesan). Lasagna, salads, suppli (fried risotto balls) and desserts are also on offer.
