Every delectable treat is lovingly handmade from scratch, prioritizing rich flavors and tantalizing textures. Anne's unwavering dedication is to curate a truly unforgettable experience with every single bite. She never learned how to bake as a kid.
Anne decided to enroll in the Pastry & Baking Arts Program at the Institute of Culinary Education (ICE). She externed at Daniel, a Michelin star restaurant, as part of the pastry team. She then joined the pastry team at Locanda Verde, a five-star Italian cuisine restaurant until the pandemic came.
Anne has now opened up her own shop after mastering a lot of desserts like the classic French canelés, which takes a lot of time to perfect. Dropping new flavors every weekend for a fun surprise.
