Into Japanese food? Into Italian food? How about into them together? These pastaRAMEN pop-up dinners are fusing the two cuisines during a dinner pop-up series in SoHo.
pastaRAMEN’s SoHo edition will feature a one-of-a-kind Wafu (Japanese inspired) Italian omakase dinner from James Beard Nominated Chef Robbie Felice complete with truffles, caviar, uni, mouth-watering ramen and more. His 10-course meal will merge Italian and Japanese cuisines into dishes like Cacio e Pepe Fritti, Truffle Porcini Ramen and Dry Aged Japanese A5 Wagyu. Seatings begin at $295 per person (plus tax and tip).
The dinner series runs through May on Sunday and Monday evenings. It's being held at a secret location in SoHo. To get the location info and a reservation, email info@pastaramen.com or check out the concept's Instagram for more.
