This rustic Williamsburg eatery serves cuisine that’s representative of the Northern Italian roots of owner Alex Palumbo (Da Silvano). Genoa-born chef Andrea Milazzo (PT) creates dishes like chocolate pappardelle with wild-boar ragù, as well as polenta cooked in a paiolo (copper pot) with toppings like melted fontina cheese, and shrimp with rosemary. A brick oven in the center of the space is used for bread, steak and fish.
