Osteria at Avena Downtown

If you wanted to take out-of-town guests for a good celebrity sighting, the fabled Di Silvano was a sure bet until it closed a few years ago. Now, chef Robert Deiaco and his wife, Giselle, are aiming to bring back the same type of glam. The couple opened in the space earlier this year with Avena Downtown, but recently opened Osteria next door for a more casual setting focused on Italian comfort foods like lasagnette and carbonara.
