This 3,000-square-foot European restaurant brings some flash to the Bronx. The 133-seat spot boasts a 22-foot mahogany bar and an atrium bamboo garden with a floor-to-ceiling waterfall. The menu focuses on traditional French, Spanish and Portuguese dishes, including duck leg confit and seared breast with roasted fennel; sea bass with a caper-lemon brown butter sauce; and a foie gras–topped burger. Drinkers can choose from more than 100 wines and 15 cocktails, including the Dorothy's Algonquin (gin, rye, dry vermouth, pineapple juice).
