Owner Peter Myers and Molly the Cat have been providing the City’s English expats with their groceries, homemade pies and sausages since the 1980s. The shop has some distinct best-sellers—Heinz baked beans ($1.95) are number one, followed by Bransbon Pickles chutney ($5.45) and HP steak sauce ($4.50–7.50). Crammed to the gills with British goods, Myers also carries plenty of varieties of the classic, wildly popular McVitties chocolate biscuits ($4.95), which are practically required snacking; they're to tea in the U.K. as Oreos are to milk in the U.S. Plus, you can stock up on boxes of pyramid-shaped PG Tips tea ($4.50–$24.95)—some say it's superior to loose-leaf.
