A Middle-Eastern market from the owners of Mimi’s Hummus opens adjacent to the restaurant in Ditmas Park. Specialty products such as cheeses, honey, jam and olive oil will be sold alongside breads and pastries from Balthazar. While there’s no plan to sell prepared hummus, shoppers can count on finding all of the ingredients to make their own at home.
