At Maracas, a wonderfully kitschy, casual eatery, the anything-goes approach carries over to the encyclopedic menu, which features every Mexican appetizer and entrée you’ve ever heard of—and a bunch of Nuevo Latino options. You can even order wings, burgers and a chicken melt with bacon. The menu isn’t the only thing that’s large; the portions are enormous, too. You might have to doggie-bag the burrito after eating too many appetizers—great guac served with still-hot fried tortilla chips and perfectly gooey chilaquiles. Fortunately, the servers are adept at wrapping up leftovers.
