The menu revolves around snacks—puffy garlic chips ($4 a bag) are a good starter—and mix-and-match rice bowls ($12.50), with toppings such as fatty pork belly and sauces like the Bicol, a fragrant, curry-like mix of coconut milk, pickled jalapeño and non-dairy coconut yogurt.
