Asian street-food promoter LuckyRice is teaming up with Sun Noodles, supplier of some of the city’s most serious ramen shops (Ivan Ramen, Hide-Chan), to present this speed dating–style evening of ramen-slurping: Guests will have just 13 minutes, the average time it takes to devour a bowl of the noodle soup in Japan, to slurp each bowl, served by four shops from across the U.S.
