The name of this temporary Lower East Side restaurant stands for Limited Time Only, referring to both its lineup of rotating chefs and its planned one-year run. The waitstaff, beverage program and decor will remain constant, but chefs from around the country will pop in for stints ranging from a few days to several weeks. First up is Washington, D.C.'s R.J. Cooper, who will present 16- and 24-course New American tasting menus, including dishes like langoustine with chawan mushi and chorizo, and Wagyu brisket with potatoes and morels. You can delve into the full prix fixe in the main dining room, which features exposed brick walls, steel chandeliers and red suede banquettes.
