The turquoise walls here are studded with ten-gallon hats, route 66 signs and kachina dolls, which were assembled to provide a little taste of the Southwest. Los Dos Molinos, the East Coast outpost of an Arizonan minichain, attracts homesick Grand Canyon Staters with its potent margaritas, spicy burritos and nacho “pizzas”—they’re piled with toppings and arranged like pies. Finish with a sopapilla, a flat, flash-fried, sugar-dusted doughnut.
