Situated inside the Lincoln Center, this upscale eatery has a beautiful spot beside the clear blue pool, the reflections of which shimmer on the floor-to-ceiling glass walls. There's also a veranda that overlooks the Henry Moore sculptures, and dedicated negroni and prosecco bars for the discerning drinker.
From the central open kitchen you can order a selection of authentic Italian dishes that have been given a modern American twist by Italian-American chef Shea Gallante. These include crab tagliolini, white truffle fettucini, pan-roasted chicken breast and caramelized scallops. The pasta, grissini and focaccia is all made fresh in-house, while ingredients are sourced as locally as possible and the Italian essentials are imported. Desserts are also given the Italian treatment by pastry chef Richard Capizzi.
