A flashy menu from chef Manuel Trevino (Travertine) includes seafood plateaus, lobster-scampi pizza, and a one-pound meatball topped with sheep's-milk ricotta and lamb ragù (for sharing—you'll need to fit into your party clothes for dancing at the adjacent nightclub).
