This Italian restaurant in Chelsea offers not one, not two, but 17 different varieties of lasagna baked to order. Have lasagna with short rib ($23), sirloin ($22) or meatballs ($22); get it filled with lobster and fra diavolo sauce ($33) or eggplant caponata ($20). Of course, that’s not the only thing on the menu. Lasagna also offers Italian classics like veal parmesan ($21), chicken paillard ($19) and spaghetti carbonara ($18). The restaurant also offers a full bar, with beers on tap, a moderately priced wine list and signature cocktails like an Italian espresso martini with prosecco and the Nutty Manhattan with Jim Beam, frangelico, sweet vermouth, bitters and candied walnut ($13).
