Largely inspired by the peppy flavors of the dazzling Yucatán Peninsula, La Slowteria plates up popular Mexican dishes. The spot uses traditional techniques and centuries-old recipes, which have been updated with a focus on sustainability, local produce and fresh cuisine that changes with the seasons.
Take a seat and you’ll get to nibble on dishes that span a variety of Mexican regions. Naturally, there are Mexican fan-faves, including tacos, quesadillas and taquitos, as well as other entrees and hand-made tortillas. You can also get your hands on a Mexican brunch on Sundays, from 10 am - 5 pm, which features huevos rancheros, chilaquiles rojos (eggs in red sauce with rice and beans), gorditas and the slightly more unusual cactus omelette.
