You'll also find composed plates, like a lamb shank with a spiced red-wine reduction, and grilled Black Angus steak accompanied by goat-cheese quesadillas. To drink, there are more than 200 tequilas, ranging from the familiar (Herradura, Don Julio) to rarer selections (Milagro, Chinaco).
