Though it is not related to the popular Food Network show Iron Chef, the food here can be just as bizarre; “dreamy goat roll” combines eel tempura, mango, spicy tuna and snowcrab. But the wild streak doesn’t extend to the entire menu; you’ll find plenty of plain old Japanese standards, too, like yakitori, teriyaki and katsu don. The space is an awkward maze of cavelike rooms—add sake and you’ll be really confused.
