Queens-born twins Bill and Keith Reichenbach have surrounded themselves with beer: The two are shareholders in David Copperfields (a beer Mecca), organizers of the annual Brewtopia beer event (at the Metropolitan Pavilion on April 16) and now the proud owners of the Hop Devil Grill, an East Village ale house. They’ve decorated the space, formerly Stingy Lulu’s, with vintage beer ads, Trappist monk figurines and a chalkboard menu that lists 24 beers on tap and 100 by the bottle. In keeping with the tavern theme, the brothers serve pub fare like shepherd’s pie, fish and chips, and bangers and mash—plus burgers, barbecue, sandwiches and, soon, brunch.
