Inspired by chef and owner Josh Lapid's travels through the Middle East, Holy Pita is all about using authentic spices and techniques passed down across generations. Don't be fooled by the name either, this place does way more than just pita – there's shawarma, Yemenite flatbread, salads, falafel, sandwiches and more.

Time Out says
While traveling the world my very first stop in any new country is the food markets. I was inspired to open Holy Pita from my experiences in the Middle East tasting the rich, flavorful & multi-generational food. This is one area where we do not have to recreate the wheel. We source all spices from the markets of origin and use the same original techniques and recipes that have been passed down through generations; resulting in a world-class taste experience.
Being a part of our local community is very important to us and we source our produce from local markets whenever possible. We proudly include Vegan, Vegetarian and Gluten-Free options on our menu and offer Local Draft Beer for you to enjoy in our outdoor backyard seating area!
We hope to share with you soon, our love and passion for this regional cuisine.
