Greenberg's Bagels

Greenberg’s Bagels started off in a 90 square-foot kiosk in Williamsburg. But it really got its footing in Bed Stuy, slinging old-school, New York-style bagels now from a shop window. While you can find all the trappings of a classic NY bagel shop here—a Rolodex of flavored cream cheeses and one very solid BEC—the Greenberg's team likes to play with what they press between two halves, be it unagi-glazed spam with pineapple or Sabrett's hot dogs.
