Time Out says

This Chinese chain offers a comprehensive docket of over 80 dishes, split between standard American-Chinese plates and authentic regional options, including Hunan, Shanghai, Cantonese and, of course, Sichuan plates of crispy quail, spicy double-cooked pork, and tender lamb. The plump crab and pork soup dumplings and Sichuan-style braised sliced beef with chili sauce are favorites, but be warned: the latter is an inferno-on-a-plate not for the faint of heart.
