Madrid import and graffiti-artist-turned-chef Jesús Núñez offers modern Spanish cuisine in a stylized setting. Chilean painter Dasic Fernandez is responsible for the street-art vignettes on the walls (a flamenco dancer, a bullfighter), and the food bears Núñez's creative aesthetic, combining traditional ingredients with avant-garde presentations. An appetizer of creamy saffron rice, seafood and house-made aioli recalls paella, while a duck breast with orange-infused endive draws on global influences. Sommelier Nacho Monclús (Socarrat) stewards a focused wine list, featuring small-production vinos made from grapes indigenous to Spain.
