As the name might imply, this tiny, sparsely decorated restaurant serves a mix of cuisines: Japanese, Chinese and Thai. Judging from a recent visit, it’s hard to go wrong when ordering here—everything comes out of the kitchen fresh and impeccably plated. Start with one or two creative rolls, like the Crazy Tuna (black pepper tuna and avocado) or the Golden Angel (yellowtail tuna and salmon with bonito flakes), then move on to one of the delicately flavored entrées such as tender, flaky Chilean sea bass or crispy rock shrimp tempura nuggets sprinkled with roe and tossed in a creamy and spicy sauce. Desserts, including a deep-fried banana spring roll and a chocolate-fondue plate, are equally delectable.
