Four Courses. Three Chefs. One Cause.

Michael Ferraro (Delicatessen), Julian Medina (Toloache) and Francois Payard (FP Patisserie) band together for a worthy cause at this philanthropic four-course feast, donating all proceeds to the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network. The issue is personal for Ferraro—his mother lost a nine-year battle to the disease two years ago—and the dinner features family-inspired recipes from all three chefs. An included wine pairing offsets hearty dishes like braised veal cheaks from Ferraro, a fluke tikin with kabocha puree from Medina and, for dessert, Payard’s decadent Brazilian chocolate dome cake with chocolate truffles.
