Pasta purists might stick with the classics, like cacio e pepe penne ($11.95), pomodoro fusilli ($10.95) and orecchiette bolognese ($12.95). Fluem Pasta also offers a few more inventive options, like orecchiette with broccoli pesto ($10.95) and fusilli with tuna cream sauce, sun-dried tomatoes and capers ($12.95). The beverage options are also classically Italian: Choose from sparkling water ($2) and Italian sodas ($2–$2.50).
