Faema, Italian makers of sleek and chic coffee machines, presents a month-long pop-up in the Lower East Side. Drop in any time between 10am and 4pm daily to taste a variety of brews, prepared by 16 different roasters who'll be on rotation throughout. Then from 6pm the shop reopens for a series of tastings, classes, panel discussions and parties. Plus, on Sundays from 11am-12.30pm, New Yorkers can attend free 'Public Cupping' classes on pouring coffee like a pro. All proceeds go towards Coffee Kids, a non-profit organization providing opportunities for young coffee farmers.
