Ladies who lunch can rest their purses at this Upper East Side supper club. The converted 1929 bank retains its arched-dome ceiling and tall windows, but the charcoal banquettes, vintage chandelier and bathrooms decorated with zebra-patterned wallpaper are all new. Chef David Hart (Soho House) turns out both throwback fare, including beef Wellington, Dover sole and Waldorf salad, and modern dishes including sweetbreads and shrimp agnolotti.
