Relish this, bar-hoppers: A late-night snack shop has popped up on the Lower East Side and it’s open until 4am. Dash Dogs proffers Empire National kosher frankfurters and custom-made veggie dogs with a range of toppings, including the usual (chili, cheese, baked beans, sauerkraut, and peppers and onions) and the unusual (like tomato-cilantro-lime salsa). The spare, minute eatery, located where Tiny’s Giant Sandwich Shop used to be, has one counter and no seats; it caters to the take-out crowd.
