Shiva Natarajan—the enterprising restaurateur behind Chola, Bhojan, Dhaba and Singapura—brought on Chopped season ten winner Walter D’Rozario (Junoon) to consult on the menu for his fifth Indian eatery. D’Rozario's menu includes dishes like tunde ke kabab (Lucknow-style minced lamb skewers), dum kokur (a chicken curry pot with a pastry-lid top) and patra ni machi (fish with green masala wrapped in banana leaves). The 70-seat space—its name translates to "little prince" in Urdu—features concrete walls and and colorful murals.
