Reasonably priced and blessed with an effervescent bar scene, this Avenue B pioneer never fails to please. The menu is brief, but the food is reliable and the scene is delightful. Briny oysters on the half shell, well-spiced steak tartare, nicely rich duck confit and specials like fennel with foie gras feed the beautiful people who fill this lively hangout.
