Inspired by the taverns of Latin America, Lesly Bernard (Tillman’s, Permanent Brunch) opens a 100-seat saloon devoted to South of the Border drinking and eating. The menu emphasizes Mexican and Cuban cuisines, including tacos and an inventive take on the Cuban sandwich featuring a raisin-and-olive puree. To drink: a selection of tequilas, mescals and rums, along with mojitos, margaritas and sangria.
