Ramen, ice cream and tea is the order of play here, all of which is made daily in-house. Of course, given the Japanese nature of ramen, you won't be surprised to hear that their other two specialties come with an Asian twist. Think refreshing bubble teas and ice cream flavours ranging from matcha to lychee to seaweed 'n' sesame (although it's worth noting that these change regularly).
Diners are invited to have fun with their ramen thanks to the build-a-bowl system. First pick your noodles (plain, beet, matcha, rainbow…), followed by a soup base and a choice of four ingredients – boiled egg, seaweed and fish cake amongst them. But if you don't want to spend time umming and ahhing over the choices on offer, opt for one of their signature bowls or the donburi (rice bowl).
Sides and snacks are available too, including steamed bao, gyoza, fried chicken and crispy pork belly.
