What started as a divey speakeasy diner in midtown’s fancy Parker New York hotel has expanded to a global burger empire with locations in Singapore, the United Arab Emirates and Brazil. The casual Industry City location is outfitted with a to-go counter and cardboard menus that list numerous cooked-to-order burger choices, from the classic cheeseburger to the double-bacon offering stuffed with the works (tomato, lettuce, onion, pickles) and the holy trinity of ketchup, mayo and mustard.
