This restaurant at the Millennium Broadway New York Times Square serves both traditional Singaporean food and New York classics. The Asian influence is apparent in the cocktail list: Drinks include the Coconut Cooler with coconut juice, palm seeds, basil, pandan, sour apple liqueur and rum and the Forbidden Fruits with muddled pineapple, cilantro, basil, vodka, lime juice, Combier Creme de Fruits Rouges liqueur and sparkling wine (both $16). Kick off a meal with bar snacks like char-grilled chicken satay with peanut sauce ($12), sauteed prawns with wasabi mayo ($12) or fried calamari with marinara sauce ($18). For your main course, choose from laksa, a spicy noodle soup with rice vermicelli, shrimp, chicken, fish cake and bean sprouts ($12 for a small, $18 for a large), nasi goreng, or Singaporean fried rice with chicken, shrimp, vegetables and a fried egg ($16) and other traditional dishes. Save room for deep-fried banana fritters with ice cream ($9) or warm chocolate lava cake ($12) for dessert.
