French toque Alain Allegretti draws on his childhood in Nice and his partial Italian heritage for his latest project—a 100-seat Mediterranean-inspired restaurant overlooking the London Terrace Gardens courtyard. Among the French Riviera–influenced dishes, find bay scallops with zucchini provençale herbs, red pepper and a pine-nut gremolata, and a hanger steak with roasted corn, baby carrots and crispy bone marrow. On the Italian side: a twist on vitello tonnato (cold veal slices with a creamy tuna sauce) that swaps in sweetbreads for the main protein. The elegant space features black-and-white marble floors, light-blue velvet banquettes and a colorful paper collage on the ceiling.
