This Central Park South restaurant features American cuisine from chef Chad Brauze. The menu changes seasonally, but recently, it included small bites like a grilled emmer flour flatbread with nduja, kale pesto and burrata ($13), foie gras terrine with rhubarb, strawberry, sorrel and brioche ($24) and grilled zucchini with peekytoe crab and squash blossoms ($19). Bevy offers single serving entrees like einkorn risotto with fava beans, asparagus, cream and mint ($22) and halved and grilled Maine lobster ($52) as well as larger sharable plates. Groups who want to dine family style might opt for the 40-ounce bison ribeye with shaved asparagus and vinaigrette ($96) or a whole grilled market fish with charred lemon and chermoula sauce ($68). Order a side of grilled spring leeks ($12) or sweet summer corn with bearnaise sauce ($13) to complete the meal. The drink menu features specialty cocktails like the Pyrus Root with vodka, cucumber tincture, chervil syrup, pear puree and lime ($19) alongside local beer, cider and wine.
