Summer in the Hamptons means warm air, waterfront activities and great food. Bay Kitchen Bar, rated "Excellent" by The New York Times has it all. The latest venture from chef/owner Eric Miller (of Food & Co and Miller's BBQ fame) and co-owner Richard Silver. The restaurant offers awe-inspiring sunset views, indoor/outdoor seating, marina access for boaters and, of course, great food. Eric Miller will rely on his relationships with local fishermen and baymen to source the best possible quality ingredients.
Sample menu items include a raw bar menu with local littleneck clams and dishes such as day boat sea scallops, just-caught harbor fluke or house-smoked Long Island duck. A series of public special events is in the works, including clambakes, BBQs and whole animal roasts in Miller's authentic Southern smoker.
