The owners of Braai and Xai Xai on West 51st Street—which are dedicated to the barbecue and wines of South Africa, respectively—shift their attention to African coffees at this tiny shop. Customers can choose among Ethiopian, Kenyan, Rwandan and Tanzanian beans, which are then freshly ground and brewed by drip or French press. For South African expats, retail products include Mrs. Ball’s Chutney and other imported goods.
