Dance parties in museums are all the rage—see the popularity of P.S.1's Warm Up, K2 Lounge at the Rubin Museum, One Step Beyond at the American Museum of Natural History.... You get the idea. The Museum of Modern Art already hosts PopRally events and has launched a new party, MoMA MiXX, on Saturday. The inaugural danceathon featured sets from artists and DJs, including Eamon Harkin and Hercules and Love Affair; the museum's art served as the inspiration for their picks.
