Time Out says

When the Chop Suey Club closed its storefront on Orchard Street last year, its absence was deeply felt among the local Asian American community. Luckily, the brand is continuing to throw its beloved events, and this year their anticipated Lunar New Year party is happening at 49 Elizabeth Street from 9pm till 2am on January 31. Expect an open bar with Ming River baijiucocktails, mocktails and small bites from The Monkey King; performances; red envelopes with up to $100 in them; and you'll even get to hold a live snake, if that's your thing. You can always expect something over the top from CSC, and this year is no different.
