Cheese pulls? Nah, that’s too basic for Krave It pizzeria. A slice of birria pizza with shredded beef and a consomé sauce for dipping? That’s how they make a statement.

Since 2015, the makers behind Krave It have been constantly thinking outside of the box when it comes to their pizza pies, from creative takes on the classic to slices that could be considered sacrilegious. Said inventions have included the seasonal Thanksgiving pie topped with all the leftovers—sweet potatoes, stuffing and slices of turkey with a swirl of cranberry sauce. Meanwhile, their World Famous Cheeseburger Pie reads more like a catered meal from McDonald’s rather than a singular pizza with 16 cheeseburgers, fried eggs, french fries, bacon and a drizzle of secret sauce on top, aka, chipotle mayo. But clearly, the viral pizzeria has something going for it as the Bayside location has expanded with locations in Astoria and Huntington, Long Island. This weekend, the pizzeria is opening another location, this time in northern Queens. As a way to introduce itself to the neighborhood, the pizzeria will be saying “hello” with $1 slices.

Opening Saturday, February 15, Krave It is opening in the Ditmars neighborhood of Queens (3516 Ditmars Boulevard, Astoria). To celebrate its latest, the pizzeria is offering $1 slices of all of its pies from 11am to 6pm. With a limit of three per customer, you can pick and choose between slices of Spicy Vodka Garlic Knot Crust Pizza or its take on the Big Mac with the Biggie Mac Pizza. If there’s something sweet you crave, Krave It certainly has it—take the Fried Oreo pizza with cannoli cream and crumbled Oreos.

But if all of this is too overwhelming, you can always get a slice of cheese and call it a day.
