The overall stress of the holidays getting to you? Never fear, Time Out Market New York is here. With tons of local eateries, three bars and a killer rooftop overlooking the Manhattan skyline, the marketplace is a nice spot to rest, recover and replenish. 

For the month of December, Time Out Market New York has two cocktails to get you through the end of the year. First up, is the Pear Pressure. Part of The Righteous Combo Market Meal, the cocktail was crafted in conjunction with our December cover star, Jaeki Cho of Righteous Eats. The bourbon-based cocktail is stirred with the Italian apertif, Savoia, plus a ginger liquor and a cooling pear purée. If you need a little snackage while you drink, order the entire Righteous Combo Market Meal complete with Sichuan wings from Rogue Panda and a spicy sweet pizza from Fornino before it says goodbye at the end of this month.

Still looking for ways to get festive? Try the Gin-gle All the Way. Starting with a base of, you guessed it, gin, this cocktail is also balanced with the bittersweet Savoia. For a bit of sweetness, it is all balanced with the apple cider and pear purée. Learn how to make it yourself below:
