The three things you need to know today in New York: Sun March 18

1. Saint Patrick’s Day celebrations continue with the Brooklyn Saint Patrick’s Day Parade today. The free procession starts at Prospect Park West and 15th Street. 

2. We’re hosting a massive mac and cheese festival today! Our Mac and Cheese Smackdown takes place at the Brooklyn Expo Center with unlimited samples of 20 cheesy dishes. 

3. There’s a Vodka and Pickles Festival at Grand Prospect Hall this afternoon. There are booze tastings along with art to buy.
