1. The Winter Jam festival is scheduled to take place today. It hosts sledding, skiing and other winter sports in Central Park. 

2. Attend a wild overnight philosophy party at the Brooklyn Public Library tonight. The 12-hour marathon begins at 7pm.  

3. Feast at a Beer, Bourbon and Barbecue Festival today. The annual event includes a whole-roasted pig and an unlimited supply of food and drinks.
