Sonoma’s SingleThread, named number one restaurant in the world by La Liste (“the most selective global guide of restaurants, pastry shops and hotels, for gourmets and international travelers”), is embarking on a three-city culinary tour with two separate stops in New York this month alone.
The eatery’s acclaimed ThroughLine experience will first take over the WSA space at 161 Water Street in downtown Manhattan between April 15 and 19. The pop-up will then move into Wildflower Farms in the Hudson Valley for two days on April 26 and 27.
The farm-to-table eatery, which also happens to be the only three Michelin-starred restaurant in Sonoma, will be offering ticket holders a 12-course omakase meal paired with an eight-part film series by Emmy-nominated filmmaker Justin Taylor Smith. The production delves into the SingleThread’s sustainable sourcing practices and renowned culinary artistry.

As anticipated, the experience promises to be both luxurious and exclusive. Tickets are priced at $500 per diner, excluding tax and gratuity, with the option to add beverage pairings. There will be only two seatings each evening—at 5pm and at 8:30pm—with a maximum of 14 guests per session.
Although New York is home to a vast variety of amazing restaurants, it’s always exciting when a top contender from out-of-town decides to set up shop—even temporarily—right here.
Ticket details about the Manhattan stop of the ThroughLine by SingleThread experience have not yet been announced but you can snag passes for the Hudson Valley pop-up here.
